Lodging This year we are using as the base of our operations the fabulous Birchwood Inn on the famous "Tunnel of Trees" Lakeshore drive, Hwy 119. One of my favorite Inns up here, it has become home over the years to many that attend the event. With the large courtyard and meeting rooms, it seemed a great place. As in years past, they are offering us a discount on your room rate, so please mention Photostock or North Light Workshops when you book your room. Many have already been reserved, so don't delay.
Birchwood Inn We have also made arrangements with the Best Western in Harbor Springs. A little further down Hwy 119, it is the next closest motel to the Birchwood and they are also offering discounts to guests of Photostock.
Best Western of Harbor Springs Another option is The Levering Motel further up US 31. It has been an option for other guests in the past and they report it is reasonable and clean. We have no discount arrangement with them however.

a search on rental properties in the area as well. Several
of our guests go in on cabins and such. rents are very
reasonable and in a group, you can really cut your costs. I
will also put links here to those that come up. They go
fast, so be quick. Finally, a tradition at Photostock has been camping on my property, but as was the case last year, I have to limit the number of campsites. Therefore I am instituting a sign-up process and camping will be on a first come basis. There is no charge to camp there, but I ask that everyone continue in their respect for the place.
